Saving Stabilizer
Most people cut one piece of stabilizer at a time to fit their hoop to sew a design.
After you have sewn the design then you end up with wasted stabilizer on each side of the hoop.
I cut my stabilizer to fit the "height" of my hoop and leave it the width of the stabilizer. In this instance I was using
vilene which is 58" wide.  I just folded the excess stabilizer and pinned it on the left to keep it tidy and out of my way.
After sewing my design, I just trimmed the stabilizer as shown above.
You have saved a 2-3 inches of stabilizer on the left side to start another design.
Just unroll enough stabilizer to fit your hoop and you are ready to go!
